Is this one app for all three islands?
No. Lanzarote Guide, Gran Canaria Guide and Tenerife Guide are three separate apps. Choose the one for the island you are visiting.
Can I use it without an internet connection?
Available downloaded tour media and maps can be used offline. Download them before travelling. New route generation and content that has not been downloaded need an internet connection.
Does Plan my trip include the paid audio tours?
No. Plan my trip covers creating and regenerating personal routes. Paid tours and tour downloads are separate purchases.
What happens when my Plan my trip subscription ends?
Your last saved route remains available. Creating or regenerating further routes requires access to Plan my trip.
Are there fixed tour counts or prices?
Available places, events, tours and local prices can change. Check the current catalogue and prices in the app.
