Tourism of War: There's Life After War

Cine Club Lanzarote proudly presents Tourism of War: There's Life After War, a bold 2024 documentary by Kikol Grau. Spanning 69 minutes, the film serves as a vivid, genre-bending journey through Spain’s historical memory spaces, all set to a rock’n’roll beat. Grau turns the camera on how war tourism—visits to Civil War sites—creates a commercial industry that often clashes with the solemn history it seeks to remember.

The director will join the screening, organized in collaboration with the San Ginés Rock Festival.
