A profound retrospective exhibition by Tenerife‑born artist Marco Alom (b. 1986) opens this Friday at the Casa de la Cultura Agustín de la Hoz in Arrecife. The show presents a rich selection of works spanning several years—including recent creations—offering visitors a deep dive into the artist’s symbolic and visual universe. Through drawing as a principal medium, Alom investigates memory, identity and landscape in a poetic, introspective style. Living on El Hierro, his practice is deeply rooted in place and culture, and this exhibition brings together the architecture of thought, lines and textures in dialogue with territory.

Organised by Cultura Arrecife (led by councillor Abigail González) and supported by Galería Artizar, the exhibition invites you to explore the artist’s journey from early works to his current explorations. The exhibition opens with a public inauguration and will remain open to the public until the 7 of March 2026.
