Laura Baena – Ser Malamadre: balancing it all and not burning out

Writer and activist ✊ Laura Baena, founder of the “Club de Malasmadres” and president of the Yo No Renuncio Association, comes to Lanzarote with her talk “Ser Malamadre: balancing it all and not burning out” to speak honestly about real motherhood, mental load and work–life balance 💭👩‍👧‍👦.

With humour and a very down-to-earth style , Laura explores the pressure to “do it all”, the invisible care work and the importance of sharing responsibilities at home and at work. It’s a safe, warm space where parents can feel seen, understood and a little less alone.

This is also a charity event: tickets cost only €5 and all proceeds go to local projects that support children and families in Lanzarote 💚🤝.
