2nd round – Lanzarote Cross-Country Championship 2025 (La Bufona Circuit)

The 2nd round of the Lanzarote Cross-Country Championship 2025 returns to the La Bufona circuit in Arrecife, closing the island championship with a full morning of races on dirt tracks right by the sea 🏃‍♀️🌊.

As in the first round, athletes from youth, U18, U20, U23, senior and masters categories compete over different distances depending on age and level. All heats are held on the La Bufona course, a flat loop with turns and compact sandy sections that works perfectly for cross-country running.

The event is part of the Insular Youth Sports Games and is organised by the Canarian Athletics Federation and the Cabildo of Lanzarote, with support from Arrecife Town Council. Athletes register through their clubs and the federation, while spectators can watch all races for free from the designated viewing areas.
