Saturday is the day that’s typically the big “street parade” moment of the Tinajo carnival weekend — the Coso. In Lanzarote carnivals, a coso is the main public parade day: you’ll usually see costume groups, lots of locals dressed up, music in the streets, and a big “everyone comes out” atmosphere that’s easy for tourists to join (you can watch from the side or follow along for part of it).
What we can confirm right now (and what we can’t):
✅ Tinajo’s carnival is officially set for 6–8 March 2026, and 7 March is publicly listed as the Coso day (Tinajo).
⚠️ The exact start time and exact route / meeting point for the parade haven’t been published in the sources we have yet — those normally appear in the official programme closer to the date.
