Arrecife Carnival 2026 — Day Carnival & Traditional Carnival

Arrecife goes full carnival mode today: you’ll get the traditional carnival vibe (classic groups + local tradition), plus a day-time street carnival where people come out in costume for music, meetups and family energy. The big “kid-friendly” highlight is the Children’s Murgas (humorous carnival singing groups) — usually a proper show where different groups perform their songs and everyone comes to support them.
⚠️ Note: some groups announced 19:00 and mentioned Agramar, but because Arrecife later confirmed a venue change for galas/contests, the exact venue must be treated as TBC until the official programme confirms it.
