A docudrama / hybrid theatre piece that mixes personal story + documentary elements to dig into how “official stories” get built — and who gets left out of them. The show follows Erika Farcy, a 19-year-old woman from Fuerteventura, who takes part in a film about the Los Rodeos aviation disaster. What starts as a film job turns into an on-stage investigation into memory, identity, and power: how narratives are shaped, how culture can be “colonised” through media, and how precarious labour (especially in the audiovisual world) affects real lives.
It’s structured in five episodes, moving between intimate moments and bigger political questions, and aims to feel immersive — like you’re inside the mechanism of how a story gets constructed and manipulated.
