Freediving Try Dive in Pool or Open Water
Discover freediving in a relaxed, small-group try dive designed for curious snorkelers and confident swimmers. Over 4 hours, your instructor will guide you through a breathing and relaxation session, a short theory block, and one water training session in a pool or open water. You’ll learn how to prepare your body and mind before each dive, use safe pressure-equalisation techniques, dive along a line with constant weight, and hold your breath underwater for longer, always at your own pace and within your comfort zone.
