This activity takes place in the heart of Famara, Lanzarote’s most iconic surf town. You’ll practice on the beautiful Playa de Famara — known for its consistent waves, soft sand, and stunning volcanic backdrop. Our experienced instructors guide you from beach basics to catching real waves.

Electric Paddle Surf and Snorkel Excursion

Discover Lanzarote’s stunning Papagayo coast in a fun and easy way with our electric paddle surf and snorkel excursion 🌊. The electric boards help you glide along the water with very little effort, so you can relax, enjoy the views and focus on the experience rather than on paddling. Your guide will start with a simple briefing on the beach and show you how to use the board safely. Then you’ll cruise along cliffs and hidden coves until you reach a beautiful spot to stop, swim and snorkel. With crystal-clear water and plenty of marine life, it’s a great chance to explore beneath the surface too 🐟. We keep groups small so the guide can look after everyone and adapt the pace to the group. Electric paddle surfing is suitable for most people who feel comfortable in the sea, even without previous experience. All equipment is included; you just need to bring swimwear, a towel and sunscreen.

Wingfoil Session with All Equipment Included

Discover the thrill of wingfoiling with MauriSurf at Lago de La Santa, one of Lanzarote’s best spots for learning this exciting sport. The protected lagoon offers flat, forgiving water, so you can focus on getting comfortable with the wing and board. Your 2-hour lesson starts on land, where your instructor shows you how to handle the wing, find your balance and safely catch the wind. Groups are kept small , so you receive plenty of individual tips and encouragement. All equipment is provided – wing, foil board and wetsuit if needed – you just bring swimwear, a towel and sunscreen. Whether it’s your first time trying a foil sport or you already have some experience, the session is adapted to your level and the day’s conditions, for a fun, safe and motivating experience.

2-Hour Windsurf Session

Learn to windsurf in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with MauriSurf at Playa Los Charcos in Costa Teguise 🌊. This bay is perfect for beginners, with shallow, protected water that helps you feel safe while you practice. Your 2-hour lesson starts with a short introduction on the beach, where your instructor explains the basic techniques: how to stand on the board, hold the sail, turn and catch the wind. We keep groups small, so your instructor can give you plenty of personal tips and encouragement. All equipment is included, so you just need to bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen and a smile 😄. Whether it’s your very first time on a board or you’ve tried before and want to improve, we adapt the session to your level and the day’s conditions. Expect a fun, laid-back experience with lots of laughs and that amazing feeling when you start gliding over the water by yourself.

Private Surf Lesson

During your 2-hour private lesson in Famara, you get a dedicated instructor focused only on you (or you and your partner). We start with a short beach warm-up and safety briefing, then head into the water to practice paddling, standing up and riding waves suited to your level 🌊. All equipment is included – board, wetsuit and leash – plus accident insurance, so you only need swimwear, towel, water and sunscreen. We usually surf in the morning but adapt the time to wind, tides and the best waves for you. You can meet us at the beach by the MauriSurf van or at our Surfhouse in Famara and we’ll take you from there. Your instructor will give you constant tips and feedback and can take photos or videos so you can remember your progress 📸. Private lessons are ideal if you want faster progress, more confidence and a relaxed one-to-one experience 🌊.

4-Day Freediving Discovery Course

Over 4 days you’ll ease into freediving step by step. You start with simple theory and dry breathing sessions, learning how to relax, breathe efficiently and equalise safely before you ever go deep. Then you move into the water for progressive training: first shallow sessions to practise buoyancy, body position and calm breath-holds, then gradually slightly deeper dives as your confidence grows. Your instructor gives individual feedback in a small group of max. 4 people, so you’re never rushed or pushed beyond your comfort zone.

AIDA Freedive Level 2 Course

Take your freediving further with a complete AIDA Level 2 course in Puerto del Carmen. Over 2–3 days you’ll train in a small group, moving from focused theory to pool practice and then open-water dives. In the classroom you’ll explore safety, problem-solving, breathing and relaxation, rescue concepts for confined water and how physics and physiology affect you at depth. Pool sessions let you refine static and dynamic apnea, improve finning and equalisation and build longer, calmer breath-holds. In three open-water sessions you’ll work on line dives to around 10 metres, buddy checks and simple rescue skills so you can dive more confidently and responsibly. All freediving equipment, pool use, insurance during the course, AIDA learning materials and digital Level 2 certification on successful completion are included. 🏝️

AIDA Freedive Level 1 Course

Immerse yourself in the world of freediving with a full AIDA Level 1 course in Puerto del Carmen 🌊. Over 2–3 days you’ll progress from land to pool to open water, always in a small group of max. 4 students, so your instructor can really focus on you. You’ll learn how your body reacts to depth, how to breathe and relax for longer breath-holds, and how to equalise safely. Pool sessions cover static and dynamic apnea so you can refine technique in a controlled environment. Then three open-water sessions take you onto the line, practising dives to around 10 m, buddy checks and simple rescue skills so you can dive confidently with others. All freediving equipment, pool use, insurance during the course, digital student manual and AIDA Level 1 e-certification on successful completion are included.
