Noches de Jameos offers a magical evening experience at one of Lanzarote’s most iconic natural spaces, Jameos del Agua. Created by renowned artist César Manrique, this volcanic cave system transforms at night into a stunning venue where art, nature, cuisine, and music merge in perfect harmony. As twilight falls, visitors embark on a self-guided exploration of this architectural marvel, illuminated by soft, ambient lighting that enhances the textures and mystery of the volcanic rock. You’ll walk among lush gardens, gaze at the stars, and feel the island’s soul in every corner of this dreamlike setting. Dinner is served inside the volcanic tube at the Jameos del Agua Restaurant. This unforgettable gastronomic experience pays tribute to Lanzarote’s culinary heritage with carefully curated dishes crafted from seasonal ingredients, paired with distinctive wines born of the island’s volcanic soil. Whether you choose the gourmet menu, the vegan alternative, or a children’s selection, each plate is a celebration of flavor and artistry. The evening concludes with a private concert by the underground lake, home to the famous blind albino crabs. Set in a natural auditorium with remarkable acoustics, the concert envelops you in sound and silence, creating an atmosphere unlike any other.
